A program designed to improve your range of motion, flexibility, and overall mobility of your joints. This is designed to help you move without limitations and improve mobility of your body. What you receive with this 30 min session:

  • 1 on 1 session
  • Manual stretching
  • A customized mobility flow to help optimize movement
  • Techniques to help attain quicker improvements
  • Detailed assistance with form and mechanics to prevent onset of injury


This is recommended for those who experience chronic pain or are looking for a tune up. Choose the manual technique that best helps you to improve any symptoms you are experiencing in this 30 min session. Techniques include:

  • Soft tissue mobilization
